• Token and credit model services

2. No Refunds

All purchases made through the Work Mzansi platform are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our services or products, regardless of the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction. This includes any funds converted to credits or tokens.

3. Service Usage

Once a service has been activated or used, it is considered consumed, and no refunds will be provided. This includes instances where users have accessed or utilized the CV Builder, Automated Job Application features, or any credits and tokens.

4. Token and Credit Model

Users may purchase credits, which can be converted to tokens for various services. Please note that unused credits or tokens will not be eligible for a refund. Even if the entire amount is not utilized, no funds will be returned.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any remaining days. Your Credit balance will be set to 0 immediately.
